| Abstract: | Equal Protection of Property Rights is a cardinal principle of modern law.Nevertheless,property rights of different natures do not enjoy absolutely equal protection.Protection of state public property should take priority over private property.State private property and private property should enjoy equal protection.Priority of protection should be given to creditor's rights in private law rather than creditor's rights in the public law. |
