地方高校图书馆建设中的若干问题

九十年代以来,我国高等教育进入了一个快速发展期,如何确保高等教育质量,已是摆在各个高等学校面前的重要问题。高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息资料服务中心,是为学校教学科研服务的学术机构,是培养各类高层次专业人才和进行科研的文献基地,它对高等教育质量的提高和学校的发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文从馆藏建设、服务职能和队伍建设等几个方面,谈谈对当前地方高校图书馆建设中的一些看法。

On the Construction of Local University Libraries

As information and resource centers,university libraries play a significant role in improving the quality of higher education and furthering the development of the universities.The present paper discusses some key issues of library construction in local institutes of higher learning in terms of expansion of collections,service functions,and personnel training.
