| 摘 要： | 绿色金融是现代金融业发展的一个重要趋势，发展绿色金融对于保护环境、发展经济以及金融机构自身发展均具有重要意义。作为资源配置的核心，金融机构如何实施绿色金融战略是我国当前一个重大现实课题。从法律上而言，我们应当在考察与借鉴国际组织及发达国家成功经验的基础上，结合我国国情，建立合理的绿色金融法律框架。
