摘    要:组织结构扁平化是信息社会、动态环境条件下企业组织结构变革的必然趋势,是企业管理创新的重要方面。组织结构扁平化对组织内部各构成要素间的关系,特别是对组织员工的激励方面产生多重影响,在企业组织结构扁平化过程中,重建员工激励机制成为必然。

Abstract:It's both a natural trend in reforming enterprise organization and an important aspect of innovation in business management to flat the infrastructure of enterprise under the circumstances of information society and dynamical environment. Flatting enterprise's organization will certainly affect relationship between enterprise's organization elements in various ways. Especially, the stimulation system will be impacted more deeply. So, it is necessary to reconstruct the stimulation system in process of flatting enterprise infrastructure.
