| 摘 要： | 全心全意为人民服务是中国共产党的根本宗旨,它在不同的历史时期,有着不同的体现和要求。科学发展观全面体现了党的宗旨在新时代的重要要求,是新时期新阶段践行党的宗旨的根本行动纲领。坚持党的根本宗旨,必须切实贯彻落实好＂以人为本＂的科学发展观。
