| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,高师院校教育学本科生就业问题日益突出。制约高师院校教育学专业本科生就业难的主要原因有教育学招生规模不断扩大、培养模式单一、学生就业期望值高等。笔者作为教育学专业出身,通过查阅相关文献及一些亲历体验,提出了政府应合理控制招生规模、学校应采用分层培养模式、学生应合理调整职业规划等相应措施,以期帮助教育学本科生走出就业困境。
