大学生心理健康教育课动态教学探索

摘    要:由于种种原因,大学生心理健康问题日趋增多,而健康问题的个体差异性变大,作为学生心理健康教育的主渠道的《大学生心理健康教育课》不能仅仅停留在静态的知识教学,必须正视不同生源、不同专业、不同年级等形成的差异,教师在教学内容、教学方法及教学手段等各个方面做出相应的动态教学变化,积极关注教学对象,提升教学实效性。

Abstract:For various reasons, mental health problems is increasing and individual differences of mental health problems become more and more larger. Having mental health education course is the main channel for all of students, Focus on teaching objects and enhance teaching effectiveness ,the teachinig should not be in the knowledge of static but in dynamic. For the different students, different professions and grades, the teachers should make the; corresponding changes in the teaching, including content, methods and aspects.
