高职院校听评课制度存在的问题以及相应的解决对策

教学是高职院校的中心工作，课堂则是教学的关键所在。组织各种形式的听课改及评课是促进现今课堂教学质量提高的有效途径之一。高职院校在实施听评课制度时，因教师认识不到位、学校无法对听课的质量进行检查等，以致存在诸多问题。为此，应提高对高职院校听评课本质的认识，并从制度上保障听评课的质量，使教师能够做到自觉听课、积极评课。

Problems and measures on visiting and evaluating a class in higher vocational colleges

Teaching is the heart in the work of higher vocational colleges, and classrooms become a main site for HVCs to spread knowledge and train characters of students. However, the system of visiting and evaluating a class doesnt work well because most teachers cannot recognize its importance correctly and the administrator cannot find a proper way to check the effect of the system. Teachers should better understand the essence of visiting and evaluating a class in order to do it consciously and actively.
