| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆在对原文献信息进行数字化处理中面临着如何保护著作权人权益的课题,我国近年来对包括著作权在内的知识产权保护的法律体系日趋完备.增强图书馆员的著作权保护意识;充分尊重和保护作者的著作人身权;依据具体情况,采取不同措施保护作品的著作财产权是当务之急.

| Abstract: | In the course digitizing the information of documents, digitized libraries are faced with a hardnut problem: How to Protect the Authors' Intellectual Property Rights. To our pleasure, China is perfecting its law in this field. The most pressing matters at the moment that merit our attention cover the following:1. Strengthen the librarians' consciousness to protect the intellectual property rights.2. Fully respect and protect the authors' intellectual property rights.3. Take different measures to protect the intellectual property rights in accordance with the specific situations. |
