| 摘 要： | 技术标准在现代的国际贸易尤其在信息技术和数字技术领域越来越受到重视,对于这种现象许多学者提出不同的观点。文章首先对技术标准作了简单的介绍,在此基础上对技术标准的本质作了进一步的探讨,以期对规范技术标准提供一些理论上的依据。

The paper begins with a brief introduction to technical criteria. And on the basis of this, a further inquiry is made about the nature of technical criteria, with a view to providing some theoretical basis for its standardization. |
