法治国家与法律信仰的培植

从法律意识角度出发 ,法律信仰是法治建设的观念基础 ,有着重要意义 ,但中国的传统没有法律信仰并阻碍着中国现实的法治化的进程 ,法律信仰的形成也就意味着理想法治状态的实现 ,因而法律信仰的培植是必须的 ;必须采取适当的措施以促进其生成。

Cultivation of Rule and Belief of Law

From the standpoint of thought,belief of low is the ideal basis of construction of rule of law,so it has very important valuation. However,chinese tradition lacked belief of law.This condition influences the reality of law,and prevents the process of rule of law. In this way, development of belief of law implies that rule of law is constructed. Hence, cultivating belief of law is necessary and inevitable, and some proper measurs must be taken to satify it.
