| 摘 要： | 分析辽宁利用外商直接投资的特点，运用回归计量经济学方法对辽宁利用外商直接投资与辽宁经济增长关系进行检验。结果表明：外商直接投资促进了辽宁的经济增长。基于此，提出制定辽宁投资区域战略、发展装备制造业产业集群、发展服务外包、吸引跨国并购等未来提高辽宁利用外商直接投资竞争力的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the characteristics of Liaoning province's utilization of foreign direct investment.Using the regression econometrics method,it investigated the relation between foreign direct investment and the economic growth of Liaoning province.The results show that foreign direct investment has promoted the development of the economic growth of Liaoning province.Based on this,it put forward suggestions to improve the future competitiveness of utilizing foreign direct investment in Liaoning,such as making the regional investment strategy of Liaoning province,developing the industrial aggregation of equipment manufacturing,developing the service outsourcing,and attracting cross-boarder mergers and acquisitions. |
