| 摘 要： | 语言是辅导员工作中使用最普遍的工具，也是辅导员工作的有力武器。语言艺术在高校辅导员工作中有着特殊的地位。它是辅导员综合素质的集中体现，是师生和谐的润滑剂，是辅导员开展工作的有效途径。辅导员的语言艺术应该做到“真”（饱含情感性）、“准”（具有针对性）、“趣”（具有感染性）。
