经济全球化的实质与社会主义政治文明的选择

2 0 0 2年 5月 31日 ,江泽民同志在中央党校省部级干部进修班毕业典礼上的讲话 ,提出了“建设社会主义政治文明 ,是社会主义现代化建设的重要目标”的重要思想。社会主义政治文明思想的提出 ,对于社会主义民主政治建设 ,对于社会主义政治制度创新 ,对于建设社会主义法治国家 ,意义重大。如何理解政治文明 ,怎样建设社会主义政治文明 ,一时成为人们关注的理论学术热点。本刊特约请我国政治学界的几位有关专家 ,就政治文明的相关问题展开笔谈 ,相信这组笔谈 ,对于人们更加深入地开展社会主义政治文明的研讨 ,当会有所助益。

The nature of economic globalization and the choice of socialist political civilization

President Jiang Zemin pointed out on May, 31, 2002 that "to construct socialist political civilization is an important aim of the construction of socialist modernizations". The put forward of the thought of socialist political civilization is very important to the construction of socialist democracy, the innovation of socialist systems and the construction of socialist law-ruled country. It becomes a theoretical focus about how to understand and construct the socialist political civilization. We specially invite some experts to talk on this issue, believing that their talks will provide some help for people's discussion about socialist political civilization.
