湖南高校教师离职倾向的实证分析

摘    要:经济和社会的迅速发展给湖南高等教育带来了新的契机,同时也带来人才的激烈竞争。人才的外流是湖南高校面临的一个不争的事实,而人才流失直接影响到高等教育的质量和学术,制约着教师队伍整体素质的提高,对在职教师的敬业心理也会产生冲击。文章从分析湖南高校教师工作满意度结构,建立对离职倾向的回归模型,找出主要影响影响湖南高校教师工作满意度因素,即工作回报、性别、婚姻等与离职倾向的关系,为政策制定者提供相关建议。

Abstract:The rapid economic and social development brought not only a new opportunity, but also the fierce competition of talents to Hunan higher education. The outflow of talents is an indisputable truth, and the brain drain directly affects the quality of higher education and academy, constrains the overall quality improvement of teachers, and has a psychological impact on the work of in-service teachers. This paper made an analysis of job satisfaction structure of Hunan university teachers, and set up the regression model of leaving tendency. The results show that the main factors are returns, sex, and marriage.
