| 摘 要： | 以往研究识别了大量的ERP实施关键成功因素,但对上线后的应用关注较少,对关键成功因素之间的关系研究就更少。本文采用ERP系统上线后的视角,通过一个两阶段定性研究探索并构建影响ERP成功应用的关键因素因果模型。第一阶段以已发表的文章为数据源,采用内容分析方法得出48个关键因素;第二阶段进行了两轮焦点小组研究,借鉴软系统方法论归纳出以ERP成功应用、数据质量、持续使用、系统质量、系统—业务对接、维护和支持等6个二阶概念为核心的因果关系模型,并具体化了每个概念的组成。
