管理研究认识论的探索:基于“管理学在中国”专题论文的梳理及反思

首先基于《管理学报》"管理学在中国"专栏7年来的相关文章,梳理了管理学者在"理论与实践脱节—直面中国实践—多元化方法论—改善学术评价机制"诸方面的共识,并对其中可能存在的疑难问题进行了剖析;然后,尝试从研究的"时间维度"、"情境维度"、"分析维度"提出了一种新的管理研究认识论框架,以期对中国管理学术转向"直面实践—解决中国问题"有所助益。

An Exploration of Epistemology in Management:Based on the Articles of 'Management in China'

This paper first outlines the mutual agreement on irrelevant relation between theory and practice,serving management practice,multiple-methodologies and academic assessment strategy primarily from the articles published in 'management in China',then offers a further analysis on several problems within them.In the final,a new framework epistemology in management is built,which could be beneficial to academic performance of Chinese management.
