| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,随着改革开放和西部大开发政策的实施 ,外省区劳动力进入新疆、特别是进入兵团从事农牧业生产的人数越来越多。这一方面 ,对兵团的经济发展起到重要促进作用 ;另一方面 ,也带来不利的影响和诸多问题。该文通过分析外来民工对兵团农场经济的正面与负面影响 ,提出了促进外来劳动力健康有序流动的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Recently,with the carrying out of reforming and the Great West developing policies,more and more migratory labourers have been entering Xinjiang especialy to BINGTUAN for farming and animal husbandry.On the one hand,it plays an important part in promoting economical development in BINGTUAN, on the other hand,it also brings unfavourable influences and many problems. By analysing the negative and postive influences to the migratory labourers,the essay gives related countermeasures which can promote a healthy and orderly flow of the labourers. |
