| 摘 要： | 民族自治地方由于受历史和现实的影响，其利益主体日趋多元且复杂化，在极端宗教主义、民族分裂主义和国际恐怖主义日趋合流的背景下，民族自治地方的利益矛盾与冲突日趋严重，并在特定区域和时期愈加凸显出来。研究并关注民族自治地方利益协调与整合机制问题，对于及时疏导民族利益关系，有效化解民族矛盾与纠纷，实现民族自治地方的政治稳定和政治文明，并进而实现民族地区的社会和谐具有十分重要的现实意义。
