社会资本视角下村改居社区反腐治理创新研究

受结构变化、管理滞后、监督不力等影响，村改居社区腐败形势相对一般社区更为严峻。社会资本以价值观、信任、制度等为基础，在社区反腐信息共享、精神铸造、行为促进、网络规范、秩序维系等方面有独特功效。鉴于村改居社区信任与道德规范社会资本、现代性社会资本、组织性社会资本等方面不足的现实，需要从居民素质培育、集体行动网络建构、现代性社会组织开发及制度建设推进等方面进行社会资本的优化，达到促进反腐主体自觉和扩展反腐行动网络，从而提升村改居社区反腐效能之目的。

Innovative management of village -changed community under the perspective of social capital

Affected by structure change, management lag and inadequate supervision, communities trans- formed from village have relatively more serious corruption than common communities. Based on value, credit and system, social capital has special efficacy in community＇s information sharing, spiritual casting, behavior promo- ting, network standardizing and order maintaining. In view of the shortage of trust and moral standard social cap- ital, modern social capital and organized social capital in village -changed communities, measures such as residents＇ quality cultivation, collective action network construction, modern social organization development and system construction propulsion are proposed to optimize social capital and to promote subject consciousness of anti - corruption and the expansion of anti- corruption action network, so as to enhance the anti -corruption function of village - changed community.
