| Abstract: | Some scholars have long held satirical,critical and negative attitudes towards economic law in China.Among them,Zhou Dawei,who is one of Tong Rou's students,is an example.His article has had serious negative influence in the society,which is necessary to be counter-attacked and made correct so as to prove the validity of the existence of the economic law,furthermore,it also requests that economic law be treated fairly. |
