| 摘 要： | 在注音汉字铜模铸造出来之前，因为印刷成本过高，注音书报的印行成为具文。注音汉字铜模的铸造虽然资金下拨很晚，数量甚少，但是，由于选字富有针对性和科学性，铜模设计又匠心独具，使得注音识字这一语言规划的瓶颈问题终于得到解决。可见，印刷技术是语言规划实施的一个重要制约因素。

| Abstract: | With its high cost,the printing of books and newspapers with phonetic symbols became mere formality before the copper mold with phonetic symbols was cast.The limited money to cast the phonetic symbols was allocated very late,however,with its scientific choice of symbols and its unique design,it became possible to solve the problem of language program as a choke point in literacy through phonetic symbols.It is evident that printing technology is an important limited factor to implement language program. |
