| 摘 要： | 为了进一步研究集体土地流转问题,采用系统理论方法,在地域分异和土地制度的基础上,根据土地所有权和土地用途的不同,设计集体土地流转总系统,建立其四种子系统:即集体土地向国有土地流转子系统、集体农用地流转子系统、集体农用地与集体建设用地流转子系统、集体建设用地之间流转子系统,并对农用地内部流转子系统进行典型研究。

| Abstract: | In order to study the lands transition,a system theory is applied,based on the area distribution and land system,the difference of land ownership and land use project and the total system,four subsystems of collective land transition were established.The subsystem of collective land change to state;the subsystem of collective agro-land transform to collective agro-land;the subsystem of collective agro-land transform to collective land for construction,the subsystem of collective land transform to collective land for construction.Then,the subsystem of collective agro-land transform to collective for construction was studied a method of collective land transition was provided. |
