| 摘 要： | 通过分析房地产泡沫预警系统中警情、警源、警素、警兆、警限、警度等组成要素,选取黑色预警、红色预警、黄色预警、白色预警和绿色预警的一般预警方法以及恰当的预警指标,提出了房地产泡沫警情分析和预警,以及利用预警结果并结合专家的对于整体经济形式的专业判断对房地产泡沫的发展趋势进行的预测。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of composing elements,such as warning situation, warning source,warning elements and so on in the warning system of real estate,the article selects general methods and right pre-warning indices,that is,black pre-warning,red pre-warning,white pre-warning and green pre-warning.And then the article puts forward the analysis and pre-warning of warning situation of real estate's bubble,and how to predict the development tendency of the bubble of real estate by the results of pre-warning and the experts' analysis. |
