| 摘 要： | 中国食用农产品生产中存在着传统生产观念与现代消费观念、工农业污染与清洁生产之间的矛盾等非安全生产问题,其成因主要是农业投入品生产使用、标准化生产组织等监管滞后,必须追求链条式、全程式、集权式监管形式,实行全方位监管并使其制度化、法制化。

| Abstract: | The conflict between traditional production concept and modern consumer concept and the conflict between agricultural pollution and cleaner production still exist in China's production of Farm Produce.The main reason for this is the lacking of production use of farm produce and standardization production organization.We must pursue the supervised measures of chain link,entire formula and the centralization to become it the legal system. |
