| 摘 要： | 抗战胜利后,国家资本空前膨胀,与民争利,引起苏商不满.内战期间,国民政府对经济管制严酷、捐税繁多,导致民营企业举步维艰,令苏商倍感绝望.在国民党政权摇摇欲坠之际,苏商大多数选择抽资迁厂出走香港或国外,用实际行动表明他们对国民政府的背离.
