| Abstract: | The construction of small cities and towns and the industrial development in the rural areas, as the inexorable trend of the modern economic development in rural areas, as well as the necessity for the realization of a moderately high standard of living in the rural areas, is beneficial to making full and reasonable use of the rural economic resources,enhancing the farmer's income, realizing the restructuring of the rural economy and the intensive farming. |
