摘    要:由于绩效和绩效评估的影响因素非常复杂 ,绩效评估的有效性常常受到质疑 ,因此探讨并构建有效的绩效评估体系就显得非常紧迫而又意义重大。文章归纳了当前绩效评估工作中的误区 ,说明了绩效评估体系有效性的衡量标准 ,重点分析了有效的绩效评估体系的过程及其要求

Abstract:The effectiveness of performance evaluation is always suspected because of the complex factors of affecting the performance and the performance evaluation, therefore studying and building of the effectiveness of performance evaluation system is very urgent and significant. The paper, first, sums up the wrong views about the performance evaluation, and shows the criteria of the effectiveness of performance evaluation system, finally analyses emphatically the process of the effective performance evaluation system and its demands.
