| Abstract: | The author points out that establishing a perfect enterpriser selecting mechanism is the key to state-owned enterprise reform in this paper.Meanwhile,she analyzes the traditional way through which the enterprisers of state-owned enterprise come into being,and its advantages and disadvantages as well.In addition ,the author also expounds the problems that need to be settled urgently in establishing a perfect enterpriser selecting mechanism. |
