| 摘 要： | 从东西方文化交汇的视角解读“文化”的含义,海洋文化有祈求、合作和先进的特点。海洋文化在中华民族的伟大复兴中具有十分重要的意义。海洋文化将引导和鼓舞我们的民族拓展新的生存空间,使我们的海洋实践提升到文化自觉的水准,并使我们的民族文化重新振奋起来,达到现代的水平,在和世界各族人民一起建设和谐世界中发挥出自己的力量。

| Abstract: | marine culture is of praying,cooperation and superiority if the term "culture" is examined both from the western and oriental points of view.Marine culture plays a significant role in Chinese nation's revival.It will guide and inspire Chinese nation to explore the new space for survival,revive and modernize our national culture so that our culture will play a role in the development of a harmonious world. |
