大学生勤工助学的社会学思考

大学生勤工助学意义重大,具有社会稳定、知识拓展、社会化、经济资助、心理脱贫等复合功能。面对岗位供不应求、管理难以到位和亟等加强、认识有待提高、或勤工助学流于勤商助学勤工助玩助酒助烟等负面效应或不足现状;依据勤工助学既助学又成长的目的,劳务型向智力型的转移,范围从学校走向社会,面向短期课题、小型项目、城市中小企业和个体户、农村乡镇企业和专业户、家教的发展趋势;应加强在制度,组织,基金,方向,智力与劳务、育人与解困、教育与管理、创新与实践结合诸重大方面的对策导向。

College Students' Part- Time Work to Pay Their Expenses: A Perspective of Sociology
