| 摘 要： | 无论从核心资本、资产规模、资产收益率、资本充足率各方面,国有商业银行的情况都不容乐观。通过分析表明,制度因素、整体经营素质低、外部经营环境差影响和制约了我国商业银行的竞争力。因此,应适时完善改革创新机制,提高我国商业银行自身的竞争力。
