| 摘 要： | 目前在我国,利用金融票据或针对金融票据而实施的诈骗犯罪案件,呈逐年递增趋势,并且涉案金额巨大,对金融管理秩序造成的危害也越来越严重。本文立足于金融实际,考察票据诈骗犯罪问题,针对票据诈骗犯罪的特点和规律,力图对这一新型经济犯罪进行全面系统的分析,从票据诈骗犯罪的概念特征、具体类型、犯罪构成及打击与防范角度,进行深入的分析和探讨,以期对我国票据诈骗犯罪问题的研究有所裨益。
