摘    要:伴随着饭店业的迅猛发展,饭店业人力资源管理面临着一些挑战,员工流失率居高不下,一定程度上影响到整个行业的服务质量。作者从饭店业员工流失的原因、影响和对策等方面进行剖析,为饭店业人力资源管理提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:With the ripid development of hotel industry in recent years,human resources management of hotel industry has been faced with some new challenges.The high rate of staff resignation has infuenced the service qualily of the whole trade.Through analyzing the reasons,influences and solutions,the essay aims at providing some references and suggestions for human resources management of hotel industry.
