| 摘 要： | 国家文化软实力的提高不能脱离实践。要善于从建设中国特色社会主义伟大实践中吸取新鲜养分,研究改革开放以来我国社会主义现代化建设的文化背景和文化资源,总结传统文化与当代社会相适应、与现代文明相协调的途径和经验,提高国家文化软实力。我国文化软实力的提高,离不开中国特色社会主义伟大事业和人民群众的实践活动。只有深深植根于改革开放和现代化建设实践,认真总结现代化建设的"中国经验"中所包含的文化因素,深入研究当今世界和当代中国的发展趋势,与时俱进,才能创造出无愧于伟大时代的中华文化。
