| Abstract: | In order to seek the future of latter Kim regime,Huang Taiji demonstrated great talent and bold strategy that an outstanding statesman should have in handling the relationship between Manchu and Han.Khan got rid of maladministration,and appeased the Han officers,pursuing preferential policies to Han people and excellent health staff,which greatly eased the conflicts between Manchu and Han thus the social order was stable and social development in the latter Kim regime got promoted. |
