| 摘 要： | 目前我国的产学研合作组织模式主要有7种,且各有其优势和局限性。为适应产业技术重大创新的需求,应该重点发展"组建研发实体"等高级模式。产业技术研究院作为一种新型产学研合作实体模式,在政府的政策支撑和引导下,通过合作科研股份制,有效解决了政府失效、市场失效、研发失效等问题。
