河北省民营企业文化竞争力研究

近年来，我省民营经济迅速发展壮大，然而民营企业竞争力有待进一步提高，企业文化建设方面尤为突出，文章从企业文化的内涵入手，对企业文化理论进行了梳理，进而对河北省民营企业文化建设的现状进行了深入的分析，指出了河北省民营企业文化建设的突出问题主要表现在：对企业文化建设认识不到位、价值观重经济效益轻社会责任以及缺乏创新和特色等方面，并对此提出了六条具体措施，期望对提升我省民营企业文化竞争力起到积极作用。
