| 摘 要： | 西柏坡精神是我党文化的重要组成部分和重要标志,是新时期河北发展的重要文化资源,如何把这一资源转化为文化力,使之成为一种可持续的优势资源,成为推动河北发展的强大精神力量,是河北发展中面临的重要课题。弘扬西柏坡精神,要从时代的伟大实践中汲取新鲜养分,使之具有鲜明的时代特征和强烈的时代气息,才能发挥其强大的文化力功能。

| Abstract: | Xibaipo spirit is an important part of our culture and the significant symbol.It is significant to develop the hebei cultural resources in new perion,how to put this resources into cultural strength makes it become a kind of sustainable advantage resources,and promotes the development of hebei province strong spiritual power.All these factors become the important issues for developing Hebei.In order to carry forward xibaipo spirit,we should absorb freshnutrient form the great practice of the era,make it have the distinct features of the New Era,all of which help Xibaipo spirit exert its powerful effects. |
