论企业动态制度文化的构建

摘    要:动态制度文化是企业制度文化的重要组成部分,它的形成标志着企业制度文化的成熟。文章以动态制度文化为研究的重心,概述了动态制度文化的核心内涵,提出要从企业规章制度体系的制定、企业制度执行机制的确立、制度文化良性循环模式的形成、以及保障措施的实施等多方面入手,构建动态制度文化。动态制度文化不仅是企业价值观的综合体现,也是企业强效管理的有利体现。

On the construction of dynamic institutional culture

Abstract:The dynamic institutional culture is an important component of enterprise institutional culture, and its formation indicates the ripe of enterprise institutional culture. This paper mainly takes dynamic institutional culture as the research object, summarizes the core connotations of dynamic institutional culture, and proposes many ways for the construction, such as: to formulate the enterprise system, and to establish the execution mechanism, and to form a virtuous cyclic pattern of institutional culture, and to develop the service guarantee. What the dynamic institutional culture embodied is not only values of enterprise, but also strong enterprise management.
