| 摘 要： | 在我省深入开展＂三年大变样＂的形势下,特色街区作为推动城市发展上水平、出品位、生财富的重要载体,在城市发展中的地位和作用日益受到广泛关注。针对目前我省城市特色街区建设正处于起步阶段的客观实际,文章就加强我省城市特色街区建设和发展方面的问题提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | In carrying out the great progress within 3years of Hebei province,characteristic urban block is attracted widespread attention as it has been become an important carrier of promoting the urban development.Based on the beginning stage of Hebei＇s the characteristic urban block,The paper puts forward the countermeasures to further improve the construction and development of the characteristic urban block in Hebei province. |
