| 摘 要： | 文章意图通过对我国现行医疗损害责任鉴定制度的分析和思考,展开对医疗事故技术鉴定和司法鉴定两种方式的优劣对比研究,论证保留医疗事故技术鉴定之必要性和对其进行改革的思路,为我国医疗损害责任鉴定制度的完善提出合理的建议。
