| 摘 要： | 新农村建设离不开科技的支撑和引领,科技进步是发展现代农业、推进新农村建设的强大动力。与发达省份相比,河北省农村科技还有一定的差距,还存在一些问题,只有深入分析这些障碍因素并提出相关对策,才能促进我省新农村的建设和发展。
