| 摘 要： | 在高等教育扩张时期,银行贷款是解决高校资源制约的有效办法,但学校使用贷款资金需要承担资金成本和风险。作为贷款直接责任者的高校,必须具有正确的贷款指导思想和原则,加强贷款资金管理,规避贷款风险,确保事业健康发展。

| Abstract: | During the period of the expansion of higher education ,loaning from the banks is a effective way to solve theproblem of the resources restrict in universities,but the colleges and universities which using the loans must have sufficient fundcost as well as face various risks. Holding the direct responsibility,colleges and universities should have the right loaning guidingideology and principles ,stengthen the management of loans,avoid the loaning risks therefore ensure the healthy development ofthe business. |
