论名校长培训的价值取向及其培训模式的重构

摘    要:在名校长培训中,应贯彻3个方面的价值取向,即培养“反思性实践家”、促进校长的持续发展以及通过培训达到对名校长和名校的各种资源的开发,并从名校长的特点与成长过程的规律出发,构建“课题化、选择性、导师制”的名校长培训模式。

Abstract:In the training of well-known principals,three aspects of value orientation should be carried out: training practical principals good at self-examination,promoting their sustained development and exploring various resources through their training.Based on these value orientations,the article puts forward that we should construct new training models for well-known principals in accordance with their characteristics and regular pattern of their development.It also points out the possible problems should be paid attention to.
