| Abstract: | Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC ,facing the development of the times and the building of socialist modernization in China,our Party Centre led by secretary-general Hu Jintao put forward a lot of new ideas and viewpoints centering around the noble object to build a well-off society,which further develop Marxism in the new practice. |
