用户移动支付行为习惯成因研究

摘    要:随着3G和4G的商用,移动支付也随之到来,如何根据用户消费习惯引导移动支付的使用,培育移动支付生态,培养用户的移动支付习惯是关键。本文根据移动支付的特点,结合访谈,从用户需求、用户体验、社会网络三方面分析了用户移动支付习惯形成的影响因素,构建了用户移动支付习惯成因模型,并运用统计分析软件amos17.2对模型进行验证和分析。研究结果为培养用户移动支付习惯提供了参考。

Abstract:As 3G and 4G become commercial, mobile payment is developing. It is important to know how to guide the users to use mobile payment based on their consumption habits, so nurturing mobile payment ecosystem and cultivating users' mobile payment habits have become the key issue. Based on the features of mobile pay- ment, and combining with interviews, the formation of mobile payment habits is analyzed from three aspects of user' s demand, user' s experience and user' s social network. The mobile payment habit formation model is built, and then the model is validated and analyzed by using amos 17.2. The results will provide an important reference for the cultivation of users' payment behavior habits and help increase the size of mobile payment users.
