| 摘 要： | 在北魏社会中,男女地位基本平等。这一是由于拓跋鲜卑母系氏族遗风在思想方面的残存影响,二是部落时期的平均主义思想也有一定影响,三是由于国家的一些政策对妇女的地位给予了法律、制度上的保障。

| Abstract: | In Beiwei dynasty,the equity between male and female resulted from three reasons.The first was the extended influence of the female-dominant society,the second was the equalitarian ideology from the tribe periods,and the last was because of the protection on the women's social status by the laws and social systems at that time. |
