| Abstract: | Network tort has posed a new challenge for civil jurisdiction.Based on a stuffy of the differences be- tween network tort and general tort,the paper analyses various theories of network jurisdiction,and puts forward some constructive suggestions of civil jurisdiction regarding network tort in China. |
