| 摘 要： | 和谐的前提是不同社会主体间实现利益平衡,社会主体的物质利益与精神文明呈现良性互动的发展状态.要适应我国社会结构和利益格局的发展变化,必须拓宽社情民意表达渠道,把群众利益诉求纳入制度化、规范化、法制化的轨道;把公众的利益诉求纳入公共决策中,保障决策的正确性;创新政府服务机制,完善公众利益的实现机制.

| Abstract: | The premise of a harmonious society is the benefit balance between different social corpus and the positive and interactive development of the material benefit and spiritual civilization of social corpus.In order to adapt to the development of the social structure and benefit pattern of our country,we should broaden the channels for the expression of public opinion and make the benefit of the masses institutionalized,standardized and institutionalized;we should take public benefit into public decision and guarantee the accuracy of decision;we should innovate government's service mechanism and improve the realization mechanism of public benefit. |
